HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY VALID AND WHAT DOES IT COVER?

Lucas Marciniak watches are warranted against manufacturing defects by a two-year International Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

To take advantage of the warranty simply contact us at contact@lucas-marciniak.com and we will walk you through the process.

The warranty does not cover the following:

- Normal wear and tear on the watch or the strap.

- Damage resulting from improper use, lack of care or accidents (e.g. dents, knocks, crushing, water damage, broken crystal etc.)

- Alterations, repairs, battery replacement or any work carried out by watch repair service that are not authorised by Lucas Marciniak.

my watch has a problem but my warranty has expired. what should i do?

Please send us an email at contact@lucas-marciniak.com with as much information about your problem as possible, with pictures if relevant to the issue. We will get back to you with a repair quote as soon as possible.

what types of payment are accepted?

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPay and Przelewy24.

is the shipping free?

Yes. Worldwide shipping is free. We use standard delivery.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Lucas Marciniak cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.
